Best place to eat in Wasco! Hong Kong, formerly Ming's, was always a family fave for us growing up. My brother and I are many states away, but we still miss the food. Tastes like home.
Delicious potstickers and great service. All the food we had was wonderful! Potstickers, Pork fried rice, Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, Mongolian Beef and King Pao Chicken. Server was patient and helped recommend dish pairings. We'll be back!

Food is really good but they need to change the prices on the menu but other than that food is really great I strongly recommend it…
Had the beef and double mushroom. As usual it was excellent! I love this restaurant. The staff is always friendly. Be sure to take money for a tip. They deserve it. They aren't on you like flies but they do pay attention to make sure you are well attended. This is the second time I've had the beef and mushrooms. It comes with fried rice or plain rice. I prefer just the plain white rice with it because all the vegetables and the beef with the sauce make it so lovely. Hong Kong restaurant is way better than anything you can get at a p@nda express.
There are no other similar places in town except panda. We had a dinner with fried rice, chow mein and orange chicken. It was AMAZING, hot and fresh. No comparison, 10/10 better than fast food for the same price points per person.
The food is so good, by the time I remembered to take a picture it was gone! This has to be in the top 3 in all of Kern County. It’s so good, it’s I drive here from Bako good. Fresh, tasty and hot. Friendly service and decent prices considering how much you get. Highly recommended you give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
No shortcuts were added here. You can definitely taste the difference. Good quality chicken breast in orange chicken. homemade sauce. Homemade potstickers flavorful easy to eat. real egg rolls. Pork fried rice extremely flavorful real eggs with real bacon like pieces. Absolutely amazing chow mein. Very hard to find good traditional authentic Chinese food restaurants.
I ordered the Kung Pao and it was delicious 🤤!!! Fresh food, great service, and the taste is worth the drive.
The outside of the building looks a little like it’s falling apart but that’s how you know it’s a good “hole in the wall” ;) after a long day working in the fields this place hit the spot. The combos are huge and a great deal! One combo is enough to feed at least 2 people. Skip the Panda Express and support some local businesses!
